After receiving your payment we will contact you with a quote for shipping.  If you would like a quote prior to purchase, please send us an inquiry with the required information.

We provide an estimated delivery time. These may vary according to the season and type of materials. If there is any delay, it will be notified.

TORO offers shipping to most countries. Kindly reach out to us for assistance, and we will do our best to arrange shipping. Shipping prices outside Mexico City are not included in product prices.

Delivery takes place once the full payment is settled.

A: Delivery At Place: Our shipping partner will deliver your item curbside, and buyer must be responisble for its collection or from handling from the front door of the building or home.

B: White glove service: The Shipping partner uploads, unpacks & installs the product in the final place. (Available only in Mexico)

C: Buyer Carrier: Buyer can manage their own delivery. Please contact us to arrange the specific pick-up and movement details. T

oro Manifesto will not be responsible for a customer’s own or third party freight damage. If depending on the product the handling is complexa n additional fee will be charged.

Cancellations:

Orders are final, non-refundable, and non-cancellable once the deposit has been paid.

It is the buyer responsibility to check the ability to receive the order. This includes ensuring that the products ordered will pass freely into your home, can be transported through the door of your home or room, stairs, and doorways.

Charges for additional costs for unusual access not advised will be covered by buyer.

Customers (buyer) are responsible for checking the condition of the piece within 48 hours of delivery. Ownership of the product transfers to the customer (buyer) upon the freight carrier taking possession of the order for transport.

Therefore, responsibility for damage occurring in-transit is the owner’s and all claims for freight damage must be made within 48 hours of receipt.

Failure to accept delivery will require the buyer to pay all additional costs.

Damages occurring in-transit and delivery must be noted within 48 hours of delivery. If the customer selects their own freight Carrier Toro Manifesto is not responsable for damages.

Inspect the cartons or crates carefully. If there is any visible damage to the packaging or the indicator is activated, note it on the BOL. Within 48 hours of receipt.  Take photos of any damage to the packaging, this is necessary to resolve damage claims.

Products are inspected by the Toro Manifesto prior shipping to ensure everything is in good conditions.

The carrier is responsible for a complete inspection of the products at the point of origin. Any damage must be noted on the BOL. The signed BOL is confirmation by the carrier that they have accepted responsibility for delivering the products in the condition in which they were received.
