Amalgame Studio is a satellite design practice founded in 2024 by Emmie Massias and Marine Col. The studio follows a non-linear approach to research, experimentation and making, focusing on the connection between territory and material culture.

Working across local craftsmanship and industry, Amalgame Studio embraces contrasts and contradictions inherent in raw materials, processes and their narratives.

Amalgame Studio has exhibited in Guadalajara (Art Week 2024), New York City (Collectible Fair 2024), Paris (Paris Design Week 2025), Singapore (Singapore Design Week 2025), and Ho Chi Minh City (Solo show and 3 Weeks of Design 2025), and collaborated with galleries such as Lyle Gallery in NYC, Supermama Gallery in Singapore, and Gallery Medium in HCMC.
