OCUO is a Mexican design studio founded by architect Iñigo Artigas and digital designer Bernardo Noriega. It was born from the intersection of architecture and light.
The studio creates lighting pieces conceived as objects of contemplation, where each work transforms a space not only visually, but sensorially.
OCUO’s exploration revolves around light as a living energy, capable of connecting human beings with the essence of the place they inhabit. Through natural materials—such as volcanic stone, blown glass, and metal—and artisanal processes carried out by Mexican hands, the studio gives form to this vision.
More than simply illuminating, OCUO’s lamps reveal atmosphere: they invite us to slow our gaze, to pause, to contemplate.
Each piece is a sculpture of light that engages in dialogue with its surroundings, transforming space into a sensory and symbolic experience.
We believe that lighting is not merely a decorative detail, but the soul of a space.
OCUO is an invitation to experience light as a form of presence.
